AGM report

SOHA.ES 2014 AGM was held on Wednesday January 22nd at the Camping Restaurant. The members and friends of SOHA.ES filled the room in one of our largest meetings to date to hear the Chairman’s report delivered by Philip Smalley, received news and advice from Mario Blancke with regards to the implications of the “Urban Certificates”.
Our guest speaker was Gerardo Vasquez, the lawyer for AUAN in Almeria, who stated the situation and answered questions.
Jan Collingwood told the story of the recent situation in Al Caucin, followed by a strong appeal from SOHA.ES via Gary Miles, our press officer which was followed by raising over 1700 Euros for the fighting fund.
All officers and committee members have agreed to continue in their positions with additional members who have joined to help with fund raising.
We would like to thank all our speakers and everyone who attended and supported SOHA.ES on the day.
